This workshop is aimed at professional or semi -professional movers. It consists of a physical training within floorwork and acrobatics and an introduction into a specific practice of improvisation. It will train the mover in being attentive, open and ready to react to impulses coming from outside or within. It will provide the mover with tools to communicate on a physical and theatrical level staying sensitive to oneself and their surroundings. The whole workshop focuses on the playful aspect of moving, comical dance and agility.
